Born in Sarasota, Florida, Danny Kennedy grew up in Georgia and South Carolina. At 18 years old, he joined the US Army as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division and completed over 150 parachute jumps, even some in combat. After the army, Danny obtained Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Middle Childhood Math and Technology. He taught middle school in Cobb and Gwinnett County for four years where he was awarded the “Technology Teacher of the Year.” Shortly after that, he began working in the county’s school IT department.

Danny continued his training in Microsoft Technologies at Chattahoochee Technical Institute and moved to service organizations. During the past 15 years as a Windows Infrastructure Engineer, Danny has specialized in developing, designing, supporting, and implementing solutions for business requirements using Microsoft Windows server operating systems.

Danny Kennedy is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) with more than fifteen years of industry experience in Microsoft networking, operating systems, messaging platforms, and Active directory services. As a Technical Account Manager at Radical Support, he has focused on serving as a consultant in a client-facing technical role and is directly accountable for customer satisfaction of assigned clients with respect to service and delivery. In addition to this role, he served as a technical engineering lead and project manager for all phases of client engagements. In his technical engineering role, he focuses on Exchange 2000 – 2010 implementations, Active Directory design, migrations, and server consolidations for large to enterprise customers. Prior to this role at Radical Support, he served as a Tier 3 Support Engineer where he provided HIGH-LEVEL Technical “Engineering” support. Former to the position, he has served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Northridge Systems where he has focused on Exchange 2000 – 2007 implementations, Active Directory design, migrations, and server consolidations for large enterprise customers. Before joining Northridge Systems, he worked for Systems and Solutions as a Network Infrastructure Engineer. Danny holds a Bachelor and Master degree in Education from Georgia State University with a specialization in Computer Information Systems.

Danny’s family includes his wife Kim and their 2 children Jake and Emily. Spending time with family, camping, weight training, and running road races are some of Danny’s favorite pastimes. He enjoys reading technical books to improve his technical knowledge.
